Prior to regular operation, conduct a 10-minute static load test with a load of 125% of the rated capacity, lifting the hoist approximately 100 mm above the ground. This is to verify its normal functionality.

The dynamic load test entails repetitive lifting and lateral movements, adhering to the rated load weight. Following the test, thoroughly inspect the mechanical transmission components, electrical systems, and connecting parts to ensure their normalcy and reliability.

During installation, debugging, and maintenance procedures, it is imperative to meticulously inspect the flexibility and reliability of the limiting device. When the hook attains the upper limit position, the clearance between the hook shell and the drum shell must exceed 50mm, with 10t, 16t, and 20t models requiring a minimum clearance of 120mm. Upon reaching the lower limit position, ensure that the safety ring of the steel wire rope on the reel is intact, and the effective safety ring must encompass at least two complete revolutions.

It is strictly prohibited to simultaneously press two flashlight door buttons that would cause the electric hoist to move in opposing directions.

Upon completion of the work, the primary power switch must be activated to disconnect the power supply.

When adjusting the braking slippage of the electric hoist, ensure that the braking slippage (S) does not exceed V/100 under the specified load, where V represents the stable lifting distance achievable within one minute under load.

The electric hoist must maintain an adequate level of clean, impurity-free lubricating oil during operation.

Oiling of the steel wire rope should be carried out using a stiff brush or a small piece of wood. It is strictly prohibited to manually oil the steel wire rope while it is in operation.

When the electric hoist is not in use, the weight must not be left suspended in the air to prevent permanent deformation of its components.

In the event of a fault being detected during operation, the main power supply should be promptly disconnected.

Special emphasis should be placed on monitoring the condition of wearing parts during use.
