Next, inspect the hook wheel under the electric hoist to ensure its normal rotation. Also, check if the hook stop plate is secure and not loose.
Listen carefully for any abnormal sounds during the operation of the electric hoist.
Perform an empty car test to verify the proper functioning of the stopper.
When the electric hoist is stopped, check for any slippage. If present, immediately inspect the electric hoist brake fan.
During daily use of the electric hoist, conduct regular testing of the steel wire rope. According to national standards, if there are 3 burrs per meter of steel wire rope, it should be replaced promptly.
