Structure & Material Differences

It is constructed using one or more layers of woven polyester webbing. Its common designs fall into three main categories:
- Flat type
- Eye type
- Reinforced eye type
Features
- Lightweight and flexible: It has a low weight and good flexibility, making it easy to handle during use.
- Easy to store and fold: It can be folded compactly, requiring minimal space for storage when not in use.
- Load protection: It has a wide contact area with the load, which helps prevent damage to the load surface.
- Compatibility with accessories: It works well with corner protectors, providing extra protection for loads with sharp edges.

It uses multiple high-strength polyester yarns as the load-bearing core. The core is wrapped in a seamless tubular protective sleeve to enhance durability.
Features
- Omnidirectional loading: Its endless loop construction allows it to bear loads from all directions, improving application flexibility.
- Good adaptability: It has excellent flexibility, making it suitable for securing irregularly shaped or delicate objects without causing damage.
- High load capacity: Compared with ordinary styles, it has a higher capacity range to meet heavier load requirements.
- Easy damage inspection: The outer protective sleeve is visible. Once damaged, it can be easily detected, ensuring safe use.
- Sleeve design detail: The protective sleeve is extra long, and this length is sufficient to cover the product label.
Webbing Sling Usage Guidelines
Ideal applications: Suitable for lifting flat loads, glass, and large machinery or equipment.
Protective measure: Use edge protectors when lifting items with sharp edges to prevent sling damage and load scratches.
Prohibited operations: Do not tie knots or twist the sling during use, as this will reduce its load-bearing capacity and cause safety risks.
Storage requirement: Store in a dry, cool environment and avoid direct sunlight to extend service life.
Round Sling Usage Guidelines
Ideal applications: Perfect for irregularly shaped loads, high-value equipment, and choke lifting scenarios.
Design advantage: The endless loop design allows for wrapping around loads and enables versatile handling methods.
Damage handling: Retire the sling immediately if the outer sleeve is damaged, as the internal load-bearing core may also be compromised.
Prohibited operations: Never cut, repair, or modify the sling by yourself; unauthorized changes will invalidate its safety performance.
